Shipping policy

This policy is applicable to domestic (USA) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store, you accept the policies contained herein.

A. SHIPPING COSTS

  • We Give Free Shipping On All Orders.

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING, AND ORDER CUT-OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY

  • Domestic shipments are generally in transit for 3 – 5 days (Monday to Friday).
  • The order cut-off time is 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York).
  • Domestic order handling time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).

C. DELIVERY TERMS

  • We use USPS and UPS to deliver our products.

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

  • We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the delivery address please contact us in order to see if we can cancel.

F. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

  • If you find that a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier if possible and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for further assistance.

PRE-ORDER POLICY: Many popular items are sold before their release. We usually manage to secure a few of them for our customers from the retailers and wholesalers we purchase from. This means we are subject to their conduct.

  • Pre-orders are shipped out within a week from the time we receive them, usually by the next business day.
  • Our estimated release dates are provided to us by our suppliers and are subject to change.
  • In rare cases, there may be unforeseeable cancellations on orders we have made for our inventory. In such circumstances, we will be forced to cancel orders made by our customers. In these rare cases, we provide a full refund, despite the processing fees charged to us for doing so.
  • Orders are shipped out in the order they were purchased.
  • For Pre-orders If we haven't shipped, we can cancel for 24 hours from the order time as long as we see your message in time. Processing fees are not refundable once collected. Non pre order items ship out quicker, and we have no guarantee on being able to cancel for any measure of time.
