Cancellation Policy:
- For Pre-orders If we haven't shipped, we can cancel for 24 hours from the order time as long as we see your message in time. Processing fees are not refundable once collected. Non pre order items ship out quicker, and we have no guarantee on being able to cancel for any measure of time.
