This policy is applicable to domestic (USA) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.

A. SHIPPING COSTS

Free Shipping.

TRANSIT, HANDLING, AND ORDER CUT OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3 – 5 days (Monday to Friday).

The order cut-off time will be 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York).

Domestic order handling time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Delivery Terms

We use the USPS and UPS to deliver our products.

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, at orders@weeklyhype.com;or Call Us at +17186350707.

E. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations, within 24 hours of the time of ordering, before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

Pre-Order Policy:

Many popular items are sold before they release. We usually manage to snag a few of them for you guys from our retailers and wholesalers who we purchase from. This means we are subject to their conduct

 

  • Pre orders are shipped out under a week from when we receive them, (usually by the next business day).
  • Our estimated release dates our provided to us by them and are subject to change.
  • In rare cases there are unforeseeable cancellations on orders we have made on our inventory. In these circumstances we will be forced to cancel orders made by our customers. In these rare cases, we give a full refund despite the processing fees charged to us by doing so.
  • Orders are shipped out in the order they were purchased.
