Following the smashing success of our first release of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt figures of Geralt, Triss, Ciri, Yennefer, and Eredin, Dark Horse is proud to expand on the Witcher universe with the release of three all-new character figures. Accompanying Geralt is a finely detailed interpretation of his close friend, the bard and minstrel Dandelion, and his love interest in the Hearts of Stone expansion, the medic Shani. Each exquisitely detailed figure is modeled to the characters likeness. They are intricate in costume details and custom painted.

A. SHIPPING COSTS
Free Shipping.
TRANSIT, HANDLING, AND ORDER CUT OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3 – 5 days (Monday to Friday).
The order cut-off time will be 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York).
Domestic order handling time is 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Delivery Terms
We use the USPS and UPS to deliver our products.
D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

E. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations, within 24 hours of the time of ordering, before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
